The commentary is written from a moderately critical perspective, but there will be much that is useful to those from many other perspectives. George A.F. Knight is a former pastor who served as President of the Pacific Theological College in Fiji and as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand. He also taught at Knox College, New Zealand; the University of St. Andrews, Scotland; and McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago.
